What the three months are
They walk in a little nervous and leave standing taller. Your athlete practices with the same beginner team all season, building real Level 1 and Level 2 gymnastics and tumbling skills, making friends, learning a short floor routine, and finishing with a Friends and Family Showcase at All 4 Frisco.
Tier 1 is the right fit for athletes working on Level 1 and Level 2 gymnastics, meaning foundational floor work, balance, body awareness, and technique, taught with clear progressions.
Encouraging coaches help athletes feel capable, make friends, and develop a love for the sport.
A free, no pressure, in-gym performance at All 4 Frisco where parents, grandparents and friends get to cheer them on.
The showcase
On Saturday, March 20, 2027, from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, your athlete performs their floor routine and everything they have learned in front of parents, grandparents, siblings and friends at All 4 Frisco. It is free, there is no travel to outside competitions, and every single athlete performs.
