Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is not prorated for holiday closures, and holiday closures do not earn makeup tokens.

Missed classes and makeups
Each missed recreational class earns a makeup token once the coach marks the athlete absent (allow one day for the email). No advance notice is needed, tokens do not expire while you stay enrolled, and there is no monthly limit. Unused tokens are forfeited when an athlete is dropped from all classes. Four tokens can be used for a full camp day, and two tokens for Open Gym by texting the gym (not through the app). Events are nonrefundable and do not earn tokens, and holiday closures do not earn tokens. See the step-by-step guide

Moving up and extras
Coaches evaluate athletes three times a year and move them up when they have the skills for the next level.
Yes! Contact us to connect with a private lesson coach. Before your athlete's first private lesson, enroll in our Private Instruction class through the Parent Portal. This enrollment is separate from scheduling and paying for lessons with your coach. A parent or guardian must remain at the gym throughout the lesson.
Private lessons carry a $25 monthly gym fee, which is waived if your athlete is also enrolled in another All 4 class. Coach instruction is charged separately and varies by coach. Lessons are booked in advance, a parent stays on site during the lesson, and billing stops once the enrollment ends or is dropped. Private class tuition is non-refundable. Contact the front desk for coach availability and rates.
Enroll in Private Instruction (opens in a new tab)Open Gym is for ages 5 and up. It is not just for All 4 athletes, so bring a friend. Just register ahead of time in the Parent Portal.
